Eligibility for Refunds
The eligibility criteria for a Refund are as Follows:
- Job Not Completed: if the freelancer fails to complete the agreed work within the stipulated time and is not given a valid reason for the delay.
- Unsatisfactory work: if the work completed does not meet the job description or fails to meet the agreed standards after an attempt to reconsider.
- Mutual Agreement: if the job poster and the freelancer agree to cancel before the work is completed, a refund can be processed based on the work completed.

Refund Request Procedure
To request a return, the job poster must follow these steps:
1. Contact the Freelancer: initially, try to resolve the issue directly with the freelancer through clear communication.
2. Submit a Refund Request: if there is no resolution, the vacancy poster can submit a formal return request through the Xngrs Network platform, providing a clear reason for the return.
3. Provide Evidence: job posters must submit relevant evidence, such as job descriptions, contact logs, and submissions, to support a refund request.

Review and Resolution
Once a refund request is submitted, the Xngrs Network will begin the review process:
- Review Period: the Xngrs Network will review the evidence presented and may request additional information from both vacancy posters and freelancers.
- Final Decision: based on the evidence provided, Xngrs Network will make the final decision regarding the refund. The decision may include a full refund, partial refund, or denial of the refund request.

Refund Amounts
- Full Refunds: if the assignment is not submitted, or the freelancer fails to meet the job requirements, a full refund may be issued.
- Partial Refund: if part of the work is completed and delivered, but does not fully meet the requirements of the work, a partial refund may be issued depending on the amount of work completed. 
- No Refunds: if the work presented meets the agreed requirements, there will be no refunds, even if the job poster is not completed for reasons beyond the freelancer's control.

Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 3-10 business days after the refund request is approved. Processing time may vary depending on the payment processor.

Non-Refundable Situations
The following circumstances are not eligible for a refund:
- Change of Mind: will not be returned just because the job poster does not need to change his mind or after the service starts to work.
- Missed Deadlines due to Job Posters: if there is a delay in the job poster (eg., failure to provide the necessary information or materials), refunds will not be provided.
- Completed and Accepted Work: once a job poster accepts a freelancer's job, they are no longer eligible for a refund.

Dispute Resolution
In cases where job posters and freelancers cannot reach an agreement on a return, the Xngrs Network provides dispute resolution services. The decision of the debate forum is final and binding.

Changes to the Refund Policy
Xngrs Network reserves the right to change or update this refund policy at any time changes will be posted on the platform, and continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated policy.
